5R4128 Raymond mill is composed of several key components, each of which performs its own duties and works together to build an efficient grinding system:
Grinding roller: The core grinding component is made of high-hardness wear-resistant materials. It crushes the material into the target particle size through rotation and extrusion. The pressure can be adjusted to control the fineness to ensure uniform grinding, high efficiency and long life.
Grinding ring: It cooperates with the grinding roller to complete the material grinding, supports the grinding roller and guides its stable operation. It is an important component that determines the fineness and uniformity of the finished powder.
Shovel: It is responsible for shoveling the raw materials and sending them to the grinding roller and grinding ring for grinding. The structure is wear-resistant and improves the material utilization rate.

Coarse crushing feeding: the raw ore is processed by the crushing equipment to ≤30mm particles, ready to enter the mill grinding system.
Quantitative delivery: the electromagnetic vibrating feeder continuously and stably delivers the material to the main machine grinding area.
Grinding and crushing: the grinding roller presses the grinding ring under the action of centrifugal force, and repeatedly crushes the material to the required fineness.
Grading and sorting: the powder enters the analyzer with the airflow, and is classified according to the particle size. The unqualified particles return to the main machine for further grinding.
